Support Services Workshops   Managing Performance in Lone Workers     This workshop is aimed at managers who currently supervise staff who predominately work alone. It will provide you with skills in relation to managing both good and poor performers in the workplace and how to monitor staff that work in the community and need motivating and supporting.           The workshop will include the following matters:         Recognising and understanding the difference between behaviour and performance!   Developing methods in the workplace that will highlight both strengths & weaknesses.   Is it a matter of Can’t Do or Won’t Do?   What are you and your team's motivators?   Learn how to develop tools to that will prevent poor performance!           Back to Support Services Workshop List
