Care Services Workshops   Getting it right when Completing Care Related Documents     This workshop is aimed specifically at staff who work in services that are inspected by The Care Quality Commission and are required to have certain documents in place. Staff in these services are required to complete various documents whilst carrying out their duties and this workshop will look at protocol when completing documents and best practice.           The workshop will consist of the following:         What documents should be in place?   Why certain documents & forms have to be completed?   How and where these documents and forms should be stored?   Getting the detail right when writing information down.   What to do when you make a mistake?           Back to Care Services Workshop List
